Places for Solitude in Seattle

While living in Seattle for 5 years, I compiled this map of the quietest public places in the city. It's a good bet you'll be able to find real solitude at any one of these parks any time of year, though you may have to go off the beaten path and explore a bit. Finding peace and quiet is so necessary and yet so tricky in major cities like Seattle. I hope this helps in your search!
